The Queen leads Johnny Smith through the forest of Milliways. And at some point . . .

. . . at some point, it is no longer the forest of Milliways, but a grove of unfamiliar and unearthly trees.

A horse, white as milk, unshod, with small silver bells all along its mane and bridle, is tethered there, calmly cropping grass.

"Before I first came to Milliways, a forest was just a forest. Nothing else. Just saw trees."

A subtle jolt to his senses, but this wasn't due to visions. It related to more ordinary senses as he blinked and then glanced at the approaching beings. It was a sight, even to someone now familiar with the strangeness of the bar.

"...Thank you, your majesty," he finally said.

Felt like he was still in a vision or a dream as he dismounted. He quietly took her hand to be lead along inside.

Johnny sat down near her, "Something light perhaps, please."

But as his hand reached for a glass of wine, he paused, unsure. Unsure of what he was seeing. Unsure what was going on.
